The primary purpose of Form Sumo is to empower workers in the field with the tools they need to easily get their job done. Everyone seems to carry a smartphone so it was a logic extension to add the functionality required to that device. Forms

Forms are designed on the Form Sumo cloud service, usually using a desktop computer and web browser. Once forms have been created and a processing rule attached, the form is then available on all devices connected to that account.

Forms can be as simple or as complex as required. With the addition of the Web API or data upload from spreadsheets, things like correct customer details, numbers and reference codes are always available.

Form Sumo allows field blocks to be hidden based on other form fields. For example, select something as "non-compliant" and a new set of fields can be displayed asking the user about the non-compliance.

The cloud side form processing rules are also power packed, allowing forms to be routed to multiple destinations based on values entered in the form. For example, a user has identified a defect on a plant prestart, a processing rule can be added to send that form to the maintenance manager for action.

Lists

Lists in Form Sumo are incredibly powerful. You can make a list containing anything you deem important, such as phone directories, customer lists, product lists - anything! Lists can even contain documents (eg pdf, Word, Excel), images (like photos next to your employees) and even videos!.

There's an import tool built into the cloud service to easily import from a spreadsheet. Product lists, customer contact details, work site locations - anything!
